Time flies. Do you feel brand-new yet?

I love beginning my blogs saying, "Wow I haven't wrote in here in awhile."  I think it's cool because time goes by so fast. Sometimes I stop and think what has happened in the last 5 year period. So many things, you could use a friend to remind you!

Well,  "Wow I haven't wrote in here in awhile." LOL. Figured it was appropriate. I am in class right now @ Everest Institute. I'm so excited I finish school in March 2011. Once again TIME FLIES and hardwork pays off. March of 11 I will be a licensed Medical Administrator, ahh what a great title!

So how was everyone's Thanksgiving! I cooked my first meal on my own. Of course there was the Turkey where my daughter's grandmother seasoned nice and juicy with spices and a whole lot of butter and I definitely added my sparks in it as well. The rest I cooked. I made Shrimp Scampi, Arroz con gandules, Pink Potato Salad, a Vegetable and Bean Cheese Dip w/ Tostitos on the side, Chicken Stuffing and Turkey, Turkey, Turkey! Of course we had the Cranberry Sauce and DESSERT! Pecan Pie was our little snack. We said what we were appreciative for and ate our hearts content!

On Men:

They say what they want at the moment; not exactly want they want long term. It's not their fault it's actually a bonus! It lets us woman decide what we want at the moment and long term to see whether or not we want to walk the same path. It leaves us a step ahead. The way it should generally be! =) Oh, and ladies the reason I wrote this is because they might make you believe they want that long term but in reality it's what they want at the moment on the spot. So think before you leap!

On Children:

Don't give in to the Bobo, Binky, Tete or PACIFIER. What ever you want to call it! Rather don't do it to yourself even more than the effect it has on your child's speech, teeth and more. They become so needy. I finally got Ethan off of this BOBO and his father slipped up. Tonight will be a long tearful night BUT I have to take it away. (sad but reassuring face).

On People:

Let them have their opinions and nodd. You have your opinions too and even though your not sure who's will be right or wrong, it's your life or your art book and there's room for editing.

Food for Thought

After re-reading my previous post, I actually felt a little shallow. The purpose of this blog is actually to give people something to do, something to try, or just some enjoyment from reading about someone they do or don't know (ME). I want to give positive messages that will not only benefit women but actually make them smarter and stop themselves from falling into that same damn hole. My father always told me, "Why do you continuously walk over the same hole knowing your going to fall?" I guess a part of me thought that after continuing to walk over the hole I'll learn not to fall in it. BUT before learning to not fall into the hole you need to learn how to walk around the hole. Just some food for thought.

What's the deal with boys?

Ok so off hand I have no clue what I am going to write about but when I was younger in school I would have timed writing to write whatever comes to my mind.... Sooooooo Time me baby! 

What is the world coming to? 

I'm so sick of guys and their points of view. I know many of my blogs are about men but I can't help it their a part of my everyday life & EVERYDAY they do something stupid or uncalled for! It drives me CRAZY! So the last few days that certain someone has been building up quite the fairy tale saying they love me, they want me in their life, they cant be without me and so on and so on. NOW I have been through this I'm definitely not an expert but I walked down this street soooooo many times that I can skip backwards with my eyes closed. 

SMH! lol. 

I didn't fall for the fairy tale THANK GOD but when I finally add him on FB he has a ton of girls saying they love him and him saying it back. How's that for an I LOVE YOU more like an  "Eye Lie To You." That's why I say LADIESSS STAY SINGLE! I hope when Mr. Right comes along I don't walk right past him. -_-

On a better note:

Last week I saw the Season Finale of Weeds, my ultimate favorite show. Despite all the crap she goes through I really would love to be Nancy Botwin. Seriously! If you haven't already seen the show, get to it. Netflix has all the seasons I believe.

Appreciate your life. It's here today and gone tomorrow. I had about a 2 hour conversation with someone last night and it really made me look at life on a brighter page. You don't know what the man or woman next to you has experienced or have had to overcome on their journey through life. So always try to smile it can really brighten someone even for a second.

So yeah my phone bill is 467.81

STAY SINGLE!

Wow, so I haven't wrote in a few days been super busy getting myself together physically & emotionally. We all need a break sometimes. :D 


Today I have a little advice for everyone in general but mainly for my ladies.


STOP LOOKING FOR RELATIONSHIPS! They will come to YOU.
Guys nowadays aren't exactly looking for commitments, if you ladies haven't noticed. Yes it's nice to be steady with one guy and if your a mother have a "family" but there's a time & place for everyone. Take this time to focus on yourself. Do your nails, do your hair, listen to music, take a walk in the park, sing, dance, the list is endless. 


Believe me when your not looking that special someone will arrive. 


Do things that make you happy. Prioritize your life. Clean that pile of junk you keep pushing under your bed or do something productive. Continuing in a relationship that has to do with lying, cheating and all that crap is not good for your mental health it just makes us look older and hate men more and more. Step in a man's shoes for a minute. Give to him what he gives to you and keep it moving. It really is that simple. Don't make your situation harder than it already is and definitely don't feed into the bull. We were born alone and sadly, we'll die alone. Be a woman and stand your ground! <3
